TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SPECIAL ORDER CAKE

SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Provider agrees to supply a custom-made cake, handcrafted to order using premium ingredients, based on the details confirmed in this Agreement. All cakes are:

• Made fresh to order.
• Handmade and subject to slight variations in design.
• Produced according to the confirmed selections and notes.

Reference images are a guide only and final appearance may vary slightly due to the handmade nature.

DESIGN CHANGES & AMENDMENTS

• Any changes to design, size, flavour or wording must be requested in writing.
• Minimum 5 days’ notice required.
• Changes are subject to approval and may incur additional charges.
• No changes are guaranteed once production has commenced.

CANCELLATIONS

• Cancellations made more than 5 days prior: deposit forfeited.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup/delivery: full amount payable.
• No refunds once cake production has commenced.

ALLERGENS & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

• While all care is taken, Seasweet operates in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten and other allergens.
• The Provider cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
• Client must disclose all dietary requirements at the time of booking.

PICKUP & DELIVERY

• Cakes must be collected on the agreed date, time, and from the specified store.
• Changing the store is not permitted.
• Once collected or delivered, responsibility transfers to the Client.
• SeaSweet Patisserie is not responsible for damage after pickup or delivery.

FORCE MAJEURE
The Provider is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (including but not limited to supply issues, extreme weather, or government restrictions). In such cases, credit or rescheduling may be offered at the Provider’s discretion.
