Cheese Knefe and Bun Heating Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 180°C fan-forced
  • Remove knefe from the plastic plate and place it on a baking tray
  • Place knefe in the oven to warm for approximately 10 minutes or until cheese begins to show signs of melting
  • Remove from oven and pour the entire content of 1 bottle of rosewater syrup to knefe making sure to evenly coat it
  • Return knefe to the oven for a further 5 minutes
    Meanwhile warm buns in the oven for 3 minutes
  • Remove the bun from the oven, make a small opening and remove the internal dough
  • Remove knefe from oven and cut to desired size (approx. 10cmx10cm)
  • Drizzle sugar syrup to the bun according to taste and fill with knefe piece
  • Enjoy the stretchy goodness!!


* Note: Knefe can also be enjoyed on its own without the bun
* Cooking times based on the whole knefe being at room temperature.


Kashta Knefe Heating Instructions

For optimum taste and quality Kashta Knefe MUST be always refrigerated. Prior to consumption remove desired portion from fridge and serve slightly warmed (approximately 30 seconds in microwave) with a drizzle of rosewater syrup. Discard any uneaten heated knefe.

Kashta Knefe must be consumed within 24-48 hours of purchase.

For optimum taste and quality, all products containing Kashta MUST be refrigerated and consumed within 12 hours of purchase

Prior to consumption, remove from fridge 15mins before serving for optimum taste and texture.

All gift packs: Store in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight; below 25°c. Best before date is based upon products being kept in an airtight container after initial opening.

Gelato/ Ice-Cream Cakes: Keep frozen prior to serving to maintain shape, freshness and texture.
